Adrian Collins is President and CEO of Collinnova, advising Fortune 1000 companies on site selection, business development, government affairs, and major project execution across manufacturing, technology, infrastructure, and clean energy. Before founding the firm, he was Senior Vice President of Development at Natura PCR, the world's largest producer of film-grade post-consumer resin, and Director of Operations at NRG Park. Earlier, he served as Director of Operations at the U.S. Department of Energy and held senior roles in the Obama White House and EPA, after years as senior staff in the Texas Legislature. A U.S. Army Military Intelligence veteran who studied political science at Prairie View A&M, he holds executive credentials from Wharton, Yale, and Vanderbilt and is a graduate of the Apple Impact Accelerator.
