About Adrian

Biography

Adrian Collins is a corporate executive, entrepreneur, and trusted advisor to Fortune 1000 companies, currently serving as President and CEO of Collinnova—a globally focused consulting firm specializing in business development, site selection, strategic planning, and sustainable growth initiatives. At Collinnova, Adrian leads projects that support companies in optimizing their operational footprints by evaluating domestic and international site locations, negotiating with government entities, securing economic incentives, and navigating regulatory complexities. His work spans high-impact sectors including manufacturing, technology, infrastructure, and clean energy.

Previously, Adrian was the Senior Vice President of Development at Natura PCR, the world’s largest producer of film-grade post-consumer resin. There, he spearheaded expansion strategies, site negotiations, and stakeholder engagement efforts that positioned the company as a global industry leader. He also served as Director of Operations at Harris County Sports & Convention Corporation (NRG Park), where he led logistics and facility operations for one of the nation’s largest event venues.

A veteran of the U.S. Army Military Intelligence Corps, Adrian brings discipline and precision to every engagement. He studied political science at Prairie View A&M University and has over 15 years of experience in public service, including work as a senior staff member to Texas State Representative Scott Hochberg and Texas State Senator Rodney Ellis. Under the Obama administration, he held senior operational roles at the White House, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the Department of Energy, where he served as Director of Operations.

Adrian continues to sharpen his expertise through advanced training in emerging technologies and leadership. He holds certifications in AI for Business (University of Pennsylvania), Connected Leadership (Yale University), Generative AI Specialization (Vanderbilt University), and the Wharton Business Foundations Specialization. He is also a Certified Venue Professional and a graduate of the Apple Impact Accelerator Program.
