Dean Collins serves as Vice President of Operations & Special Projects, supporting internal initiatives and operational priorities for Collinnova. He is an active-duty United States Marine serving as a Field Artillery Cannoneer, bringing a mission-focused mindset rooted in discipline, accountability, and execution under pressure.
Dean contributes to Collinnova when available in support of special projects and operational efforts, applying the leadership principles and structure developed through military service. His role reflects Collinnova’s long-term commitment to disciplined growth, continuity, and values-based leadership.
