GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS

Approvals do not move on their own. Someone has to move them.

Collinnova manages government relations, regulatory navigation, and community and stakeholder engagement for corporate projects in Texas and Washington. We work for the company. Our job is approvals that hold, timelines that stick, and no surprises from the public side of the deal.

HOW WE WORK

What We Do

01
Decision map

Who approves, who influences, who can stop it. Federal, state, county, city, utility, and the community voices that matter. We build the map before anyone makes a call.

04
Regulatory navigation

Permitting pathways, agency timelines, and the sequencing that keeps a project from stalling at one desk. We have run this through DOE, EPA, and the White House and we know where projects die.

02
Positioning

The project story told the way officials and neighbors need to hear it: jobs, tax base, workforce, and what the company is asking for in return. One message, every room.

05
Workforce and community alignment

Local support is earned. We broker partnerships between the company and community colleges and workforce systems so the project arrives with a trained hiring pipeline and a community that wants it. We did it for Apple and Foxconn with Houston City College and Lone Star College.

03
Direct engagement

We get our clients in front of the decision-makers, not their staff. Governor's office, legislature, commissioners court, city hall, agencies, and federal offices when the project calls for it.

06
Ongoing representation

Registered advocacy and standing relationships maintained over time, so when the next issue comes, the calls already get answered.

Who We Work For

Corporate clients with a project, a regulatory issue, or a public-sector dependency that affects the bottom line: manufacturers, infrastructure developers, energy and environmental operators, and institutions.
