Due diligence
Labor market depth, utility capacity and timelines, site conditions, permitting pathways, and the political and community environment. Workforce is not a data point to us. We go to the colleges and confirm the pipeline exists before you commit.

Execution
Site control, permitting, stakeholder alignment, workforce partnerships, and delivery coordination through construction. We broker the training and hiring programs with community colleges so the plant opens with trained people. Most firms hand off at the decision. We stay until the project is real.
